The location near Manchester Piccadilly station is a real advantage, and the social spaces create a lively atmosphere, but be mindful that the bar area could be a bit noisy sometimes. the location WAS good and close to piccadilly station.
The noise LEVELS were not acceptable. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms, and it made it hard to rest. my room did not appear very clean. I found dust and hair on the floor. also, strong cooking odors from other apartments permeated my room. this.

thin quiltnoisy radiator
The quilt was thin and too small for the bed. Every time someone rolled over, they pulled the quilt. the radiator was too noisy, so i turned it off completely. despite requesting a quiet room due to health issues, neighboring rooms were banging doors at 12 AM. i wanted sleep. This stay was horrible.
